Term of Service (T.O.S)
Conduct:All parties are expected to communicate clearly, concisely, and with respect.Commissions are for personal use only. The Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. If commissions are for commercial use, there will be additional fees for commercial rights.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.During the commission process, please refrain from posting or re-uploading any updates I provide. Once the commission is complete, you are free to upload or share the final work, with proper credit. @toomuchstampI own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.I am allowed to post the commission work on my social media and be include in my portfolio, unless client requested otherwise.FAILURE to follow the outlined terms may result in the commission being rejected or canceled.Process:After both parties decided on what communication method to keep in touch with one and another. Within 24 hours of accepting the commission, I will provide sketches for your review, along with an explanation of my thoughts and process. Should you wish to make changes during this stage, I will gladly accommodate your requests.Once you approve and select a sketch, I will proceed with refining the line art and adding color and lighting. If further changes are requested during this phase, I will be happy to make those adjustments as well.Upon completion, I will send you a final version for your review. You are allow to request three minor revisions, Any additional revisions beyond these three will result in an extra fee .After client has accepted and pay the rest of the payment, I will email you high-resolution PNG files of the completed work and watermarked jpeg files for social media posting. *Please note that no physical product will be provided.
Revision:The client can request up to three minor revisions before the work is completed.Examples of minor revisions include adjusting the eyes, mouth, or hands, adjusting the lighting, or adding more special effects (e.g., ✨, 💢, 💙)Payment:I accept both Advance Payment and 50/50 Payment.Advance Payment is paying upfront 100% before commission begin.50/50 Payment, client must pay 50% first to start the commission, then pay the remaining 50% near the end to receive the final work.Refund Policy:FAILURE to follow my outlined T.O.S. may result in the commission being rejected or canceled, without a refund.If the client wishes to cancel the commission, the refund may range from a partial to a full refund, depending on how much work has been completed.If I have accepted the client's commission and feel that I cannot deliver it, I will issue a full refund.
